I'm only into 2hu and don't know anything about japanese trains or any trains, but it seems interesting. Is it fun if I know nothing about the trains? How would I go about learning to identify the trains? The pastebin just gives me links to Wiki articles, do you learn everything from that?

Livestreams from webcams of streets, train tracks/stations, scenery, etc are good. But I think streams of ordinary TV channels or people talking are not what this thread is about, including stuff like YT video premiers of rambalac, aunz railfan, etc. Though if they are actually livestreaming walking and travelling, it is good, same with that truck-kun livestream posted a few threads back.

Basically, the camera should be actually live and streaming, not pre-recorded, and must focus on showing japan, not some attention whore talking head.

I know nothing about trains other than they are fun to watch whizzing past. But I enjoy people watching, it's relaxing to have it on in the background. You can look at the specific lines on wikipedia if you want to know the train models, but you don't need to know them.

Gives me a similar feeling Wakamatsu did, though I can't explain why. They're complete opposites almost, view, activity, et cetera. But it just gives me that same level of comfy.
Plus the station building is wonderful.

Apologies for retard post, but my Yunokami mpv shortcut has stopped working--it seems to start trying to load something, but the program never actually boots. Reinstalling and creating a new shortcut appears do lead to the same problem. Opening the .m3u8 in MPC-HC or VLC also seems not to work.

I've worked well paying jobs that don't align with the normal working week before. I'm betting that some go out on weeknights as the road is overall less busy. As someone into cars and the street scene somewhat, monday thru wednesday nights were nearly always the best for avoiding the police too.

I'm not sure if it is same cars every day, too small to see.
I have an idea to track them from their gathering spot to finish across different cameras. But it might be somewhat challenging since I will most likely need to look for cameras outside of youtube.

I've never really been able to find a stream that covers the C1/Bayshore etc, mainly because most of these types of roads in Tokyo are tunnelled, raised or otherwise blocked from view in lots of places. There used to be a live cam at the 大黒ＰＡ which is a popular meeting point on the Bayshore Route for the car guys, but I don't think that's been run for some time now.

So anyway as i wanted to track street racing guys, easiest thing was to try and find map with mapped cameras and looks like there is couple of website but there are no cameras on C1.

Now for the past half an hour there were non stop racing and next available camera is Rainbow bridge, unfortunately streetracers are not going there. I saw couple of speeding cars but it was not on the same scale as on previous cam.
