If you really need to differentiate "2D women" and "2D lolis", it's not that complicated. Younger individuals are known to be viewed as much "cuter".
Of course it's all artificial. If you look at some of the high-quality sex dolls made in Japan, the ones that look more realistic are usually much more attractive, and the ones with anime proportions look silly.
For obvious biological reasons, adult human males will generally not find females attractive until they're around the age where they can get pregnant.

Actually, no. My "theory" stays.
The less detail about something, the more attractive it appears to the brain.
Hence coating the camera's lens in vaseline for glamour shots, airbrushing pictures, thumbnails usually looking better than the actual image, etc.
