Like Sakuya and Meiling as well as Ringo and Seiran are apparently the mother and father(?) of their kids, but it's very ambiguous about the logistics of that.

You could look at the authors porn for answers, like how Sakuya is a futanari while Youmu might be just a straight up dude, but I think that just confuses things even more. Fathers aren't brought up if the original cast of characters can't fill in that gap since it would have to be an OC at that point and I think that nobody would want that.
In short: don't be confused and take it easy.
