To defeat yukari you need to be a being that holds no boundaries, a limitless being, of 10 dimensional or more because the 10 dimensional plane has no boundaries so technically you need to be an unlimited being of power that has no boundaries, no body that limits you, no weakness, no stoping force, in that way you can overpower yukari

So the Moon Bitches, Eiki (?) and Hecatia are all of those ? Because from what I've seen she might have the power to manipulation boundaries but that it's not limitless. She's also one of the biggest liars in all of Touhou, so one should be critical about the shit she says.

You don't need any of that. Its a battle of wits, not who can nullify who.
Concepts have boundaries, you have to play around that when dealing with Yukari.
She's strong, but she is not almighty.

Saying Yukari is limitless because of her powers is fairly similar to saying something like "I have never died, therefore I am immortal".
You have to look at what others in Touhou can do and compare Yukari to them, similar to how you look at other people to know what you can and can't do.
The fact that Yukari isn't even the strongest person in Gensokyo, and that she's limited by her race (or else Gensokyo wouldn't even be necessary) says a lot already. Yukari is nowhere near as powerful as people make her out to be.
