I have a question, /jp/. I keep hearing that Reimu is really low-tier in SWR and 12.3. Can someone tell me if this is true, and if so, explain why?

Reimu's pretty good vs. players as she's somewhat of a mindfuck. Not so much as Reisen however.
She's rather efficient at all ranges, though. Biggest problem is she's a little slow.

Reimu's not bad, there really is no tier list, just a percentage of matchups won/lost list. A good Reimu can be pretty tricky and she has some decent mixups.
