It was as real as all the other worlds she visited. Rika definitely doesn't consider it a dream, and as she says it's probably Hanyuu's way of telling her to live as a human and to stop thinking about alternate worlds. After all, Rika's actions in that world had no effect on the current one and she can never interact with it again, so it's as if what she did there never took place. Plus, Hanyuu wants to assuage Rika's guilt for killing her mother. And we see Bern creating that world by saving Miyoko's parents at the end of Kai. Finally, don't forget that Rika says in the VN that the world of Matsuirbayashi-hen could be seen as a dream she had in the sinless world.

PS: Hanyuu says that Rika's mother would willingly offer her life for Rika's happiness.
