Does 'gaining my waifu's life' mean that she will be given a life for me to gain? Or does it mean that no one but I will consider her a waifu? Does that mean that she'll come to life, but be my slave since I own her life? Or will she still have her personality, but must obey me because I own her life? Will she be given life at all? If she does, will she hate me or treat me as a stranger, or will she share my memories of her?

And does 'sacrificing my penis' mean I'll have a vagina, or that it'll just be a smooth area with a hole for my urethra? Or will it get cut off and damage my urinary tract? Will my balls stay, because that would really suck if I had balls to give me sexual urges and no penis to satisfy them with (could only have anal sex...). Or do you mean that I can keep my penis at the sacrifice of my balls?
