Unless you're ordering some extremely heavy stuff, even after paying import taxes, you'll pay less with Amazon JP than buying from Motsu.

be careful with the Zinc. I recently started breaking out in a rash due to too much Zinc intake. Start with 20mg since the daily intake of Zinc is recommended to be 11mg and in most cases, you only absorb about half of the dosage state.

I've been taking this combination (minus the pygeum because I heard it has some nasty side effects) and I've only noticed a small increase in semen volume and no difference in sensitivity. Everyone is different after all. Also swap out the L-arginine with L-Citrulline. The latter transforms into L-arginine when absorbed and in most cases, raw L-arginine isn't absorbed (or isn't absorbed very well). Worse case is that it'll end up doing nothing, and overdosing on L-citrulline/Lecithin only really causes nausia/diaharea unlike Zinc/pygeum overdose. You may notice results within a month so just start off with a month's worth of supplies.

This one is Lovegenic by Maccos.
The gimmick of it is that it has "11 different sensations" in the tunnels. Unlike other Maccos onaholes, this one is shaped more like the body of a female, like how Julia+ and Erotic Maid Servant are.

Actually, I was looking at the R-20 Third gen, which is effectively shorter than the original R-20. Although you are right on the fact that the R-20 is not that soft, I still have the feeling that the ones on the soft end tend to be generally shorter (even though I am probably biased by the fact that I am mostly browsing the narrow selection available at European sellers).
