Written description of sex sucks by default.
Scenes are usually hot by content/imagery.
Few have text/situation that accompanies it well.
Nasu only has 4 decent/hot scenes out of 32(and if you are an akihafag, you appreciated at least one)
Most are the usual drivel.
Few VNs have a good ratio.

Cause it's not 'as intended'.
They did not just flip everyone's gender and call it a release.
Very early on, it was suggested then decided to use a male lead in the story. He had nowhere near concluded his plans.
Even the intial Shirou plans were drastically different.
