Just got done watching and I was really impressed. Apparently a new episode is coming out this year too.

I think I would rate the touhou animes as such:

A Summer Day's Breeze > Secret Activity Club > Koishi's Heart-throbbing Adventure > Fantasy Kaleidoscope

Lunamoon's marisa is cute!
While Kaleidoscope often felt lackluster, their ESOD and PBC episodes are still very good.
And i just checked their site. The new episode of Hifuu activity will be a SDM origin story (jack the ripper one to be precise). Let's just say I'm not fond of their oc character design, or half of their design actually. Their flan is cute though. However, judging by their setting, there are going to have time leaps, and those chinks are not famous for making fun and exciting storyline.
Also KKHTA is not anime, use Sound Holic's memories of the stars if you want something to powergap.
