After Ryukishi's art, the animation is the least thing I care about in an Umineko anime. Not that I see anything wrong with it anyway.

I still demand an explanation as to why they played "creepy music" in the scene where Maria reads the letter and 犯行の予告状読み上げ plays. Really, it's a fairly short song and there was plenty time, I can't figure out why they needed to change it.
