I'd have to say that depends on how sharp those Adamantium claws are.

Cloud's sword moves with extremely superhuman force behind it (he's a SOLDIER, albeit a failed one [however with all the knowledge and skill of the second most successful SOLDIER ever], and while Wolverine is strong he isn't superhuman), and is made of some vague really-strong metal, so it'd matter whether the blades ting off each other or if Wolverine's are sharp enough to cut it.

Metal is very bad for cutting metal, doncha know.

And if you want to get in-universe (SILLINESS), I doubt healing factor would prevent the Stop status effect.

Well you wouldn't be able to separate his skull due to ADAMANTIUM BOOOONES.
And his healing factor covers his heart.

(Yes, you suffocate in space. You don't decompress [your skin is stretchy for a reason] and you don't lose heat that rapidly [a vacuum is a great insulator and you won't get much better vacuums than the void of space].)
