The pessimist part of me thinks she looks a bit too generic. Doesn't help her clothes is just Nitori's with camo pattern (should've kept the tie the ones in WaHH have).
The optimist part thinks that's precisely the point, as the yamawaro was first introduced as background characters, an offshoot of the kappa. So her being generic is just a meta reference.

If Nitori and other kappa call yamawaro monkeys, doesn't that imply they live in trees and shit? Most likely, they have an advanced atmospheric water collection system and aren't as reliant on the river as the kappa in the Genbu Ravine are. After all, kappa sneaking out of Gensokyo to the Outside world isn't unheard of. Plus, isn't there a hidden city in/on Youkai Mountain that's illegally connected to the Outside World? Wouldn't be surprised if that is actually where the yamawaro live. They'd be a more radical version of the kappa as a result.

I figured named fairies like Clownpiece were the '10-in-body' type of fairy as described in Perfect Memento in Strict Sense.
