Just wanted to warn you guys in EU. Do not trust naughty-nippon.com

I did a large order when they still were "eu.otonajp.com" of 400 Euro and they did not ship it to me. I opened a ticket and they said that the items would take a little longer to ship from japan (ordered in november).

Early February I still had not received my order and noone was answering my ticket anymore. Then suddenly the site went offline. A few days later naughty nippon emerged (had to create a new account).

I have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks now and they ignore all mails. Tried contacting otonajp.com but they just said that they are not affiliated anymore and I am out of luck basically.

So I got screwed out of 400 Euro pretty much. Of course I will never order anything from them ever again.

That sounds exactly what they're doing. Fucking you around for over 3 months and then ignoring you completely because you're past the point of chargeback protection. Only individual country or credit card provider protection applies then, few are longer than 3 months and even fewer will be willing to take legal action.

No offence but you should better prepared for this risk given the main otonajp's reputation and reviews. If they hadn't shipped my 400 euro order after two months I would have just refunded and gone elsewhere. A decent company wouldn't waste your time like that without offering you alternatives or some form of remediation.

I got the Hypnotic Tutor Azusa. It's as much of a dick bully as I hoped, but I'm also pleasantly surprised that it got more flexible with some use, especially since I'm on the bigger side.
