You're missing the point of Cirno day. It was a complete failure sure, but the day itself isn't important. What is important is the "WHAT ARE U GUING 2 DO ON CIRNO DAY" and "WHAT DID YOU DO ON CIRNO DAY" threads that fill our hearts with cheer. Our beloved ice-fairy wasn't just remembered on one day, oh no. She was remembered for weeks before and weeks after.

Her holiday is the strongest.
