You're gonna have to dig around for the Touhou ones since the other gatherings tend to overshadow it. There's usually a master list that gets compiled, at least for AX, of where each gathering is going to take place.
Since I didn't print a copy out, I missed a couple gatherings I wanted to take pictures of

Also, a Google search with the terms "[con name] [year] touhou gathering" usually gives the information. That's how I found out about the AX one anyway.
