Damnit I need help if anyone has gone through a similar problem.
Gift did the initial charge and refund a few months ago for my new soft friends and that worked fine. Just last night they charged my bank for real and my damn bank cancelled it because it was like $550 from overseas. I've been emailing gift and they say that they cannot recharge my card due to their policy and that I have to do a bank transfer but I can only seemingly do that with a Japanese bank account and since I obviously do not have that I don't know what to do.

Has anyone else gone through a similar problem? How did you end up resolving it?

Regarding bank transfer, international bank transfers are for sure a big no for most of us as the extra fees for that can be astronomic, on top of that some people may not even have a bank account to begin with

When you say back then do you mean when you ordered them? Because Gift does a charge when you buy them to check if your card works. They will cancel the charge shortly afterwards and only charge you a few weeks prior to the fumos shipping.

I have used TransferWise before, to send money from Australia to England, and it works very well. I don't recall needing a physical address, though, just the bank account details which, as you say, are:

* The account number would be 666-0001764 (search for 秋葉原駅前支店 here https://gincode.com/bank_0005 and find 666, then append -0001764).
* The account name is either カ)ギフト or just ギフト - I don't know if they have used カ) to signify katakana or if it's part of the account name.
You should definitely confirm this with Gift though, unless TransferWise-anon sees your plight and can confirm. Once confirmed, we should add it to the OP.

I'm going to assume that you are going to use TransferWise for this.
When you are filling out the recipient for TransferWise, first they want their name in Katakana, which is ギフト. Next, their office address which is 130-0026 東京都墨田区両国 4-25-9 三和ビル 4F. Breaking that up, the city is 墨田区, address is 両国 4-25-9, and the post code is 130-0026. As for the prefecture, select Tokyo. The 三和ビル 4F in the address is just the building and floor number, I'm pretty sure you can ignore this.

Next, they want their banks information, which is 三菱ＵＦＪ銀行　秋葉原駅前支店　普通　0001764. TransferWise will have a drop down list so you should be able to find 三菱ＵＦＪ銀行 just by typing the 3 English letters. After that, another drop down menu will ask for the branch, which is Akihabara ekimae. Next, select 普通 Futsuu for the account type and 0001764 for the account number. I think I put the customer support email in the email field, but I doubt that did much. Once you have paid that, wait a few days for TransferWise to confirm the money has been sent to their bank. If you got any details wrong, they should have cancelled the transaction as the bank would have denied the money.

Once all that is completed, you should get a receipt from TransferWise for the transaction. What I did after that was contact TransferWise customer support (its buried in their website so you'll need to dig for it) and ask for a Japanese copy of the receipt. Apparently Gift customer support responds to English emails as stated by >>33160181 , but I used DeepL and my own knowledge to email them in Japanese. As long as you keep the sentences simple, DeepL won't have much trouble translating to Japanese. Once you get the Japanese copy of the receipt (this took me a couple of days), email Gift customer support and attach the receipt to the email. Tell them that you sent a bank transfer to them to pay for the order (include the order number in the email as well) and that the information is in the document.
Once I finished all of that, I got an email a day later confirming that my order was payed for.

That should resolve this for you, but if you have any questions I'm always checking these threads plus other anons can help as well.

In the emails I've received from Gift so far they told me that I needed to include my name and my order number in the money that I give to TransferWise or Gift wouldn't consider the money I sent as coming from me and my order. Is there a way to include that information in some sort of comment while I send the money to Gift?

Also I've sent Gift some more emails about what exactly I need to do. I won't hear back from them until after the weekend but the last thing I'd want to do is screw this up. My order is $550.

Towards the end of the process with TransferWise, there should be an option to add a message to the transfer, I used it to add the order number but I don't think Gift got it. They told me they needed the banking info for the transaction but TransferWise wasn't willing to give it to me, so I said fuck it and just sent them an email with the Japanese receipt and my name and order number and shortly after that it went through. Point being that even without all of the specific information they requested, they accepted it.

I'm not sure if I lucked out in this case, but it's what worked for me. My original order was about $160 so even if the money was lost I wouldn't be too pissed about it, but in your case it is up to you whether or not you want to risk the money being accepted by the bank but Gift not being able to find it.

Awhile ago, a friendly anon posted a link to download a pattern for Flandre. I downloaded it, printed it out, and used everything but the hair to make a Yumemi. I've actually been looking for the link, but I can give you the pictures atleast.

The body is easy enough to follow, just make sure you make the bottom join and bottom sides in white so that she has bloomers sewn in. The head isn't so easy, as I always end up make the neck too big so it ends up looking swelled and I have to redo it. The face is just trial and error unless you have an embroidery machine, which would make it easier. And for the hair remember to make it bigger than you need rather than smaller, because you can always cut it down. The clothes aren't too bad, depending on the character, but they require an idea of how much detail you can add without it being too much, as fumos can't have an extreme amount of detail.

However, since you want to make Cirno, it shouldn't be too hard since you can use reference photos and videos to get an exact idea of what to do. I've never made wings before, but keep in mind that fumos use that clear plasticy "fabric" for that.
