How does it work with disconnects? As in if I have found someone but have to restart the computer, will it have a decent shot at finding it again after? Or will it have to randomly search again?

I tend to have to reboot my computer to fix a packet loss issue that starts after a random amount of hours of downloading. It doesn't effect torrents and such, but it effects http downloads and page loads.
