Well, that's the downside of not having a translation. From 30 first part, the Tengu and Kappa were unaligned, so they can intervene on either side as it best suits them. Unfortunately, it looks like Flandre's indiscriminate attack may have pushed them into the enemy's camp, and from the battle map they had out at the end, it looks like they're about to get encircled.

However, I'm sure it will end in tea parties and everything will be okay!
