Flyable Heart is more "sugary" in term of pure moe overdose, Hoshizora no Memoria has a stronger story.
Both are pretty good though I would give the edge to Hoshizora for the wonderful Yume route.

But neither of these will be chosen, enjoy Swan Song, I'm sure you all will.

However the doujin game Himawari doesn't have pretty presentation and voice compared to Hoshizora no Memoria. They even have the same genre of science fiction and excessive loads of moe.
