I was trying to save up cubes again after Dark Youmu but then they decided to release the Poorhu next so now I have 110 rolls in her banner and no cubes left. I still don't have her. I need to use the 2x item drops just to get to the point that I can spark her at this rate. Too many characters I want in a row.

The game doesn't have the traditional 4 star 5 star character type of characters. Every character is the same tier with some of them being limited to only certain banners. Even limited characters have the same stars when you get them. There are only 2 characters in the game who are on a special higher tier and require special mats to upgrade. You can technically just use whoever you want for most parts of the game but the combat system heavily favors damage dealers in regular missions. A team of Sanae, Yukari and Reimu is going to have a much harder time dealing with most missions than a team of Toyohime, Yuyuko and Remilia. They did add a special tower mode that allows most characters to shine though so it is not all bad.

By now their stat totals are so non-indicative of character strengths, especially with speed being a complete dump stat for almost every character. Kasen has such a dumb stat spread and skill set that she is completely useless even though her stat total is in the 2nd highest tier. The cute dog has more attack than her.

I did the first 10 new floors for now. I just brute forced things eventually because stalling things out just takes way too long. I have so many characters anyway that it doesn't even matter.

I find this tier of the tower to be easier than the previous one. The old tier had constant battles with 3 characters who were all using spellcards every 2nd turn. Only the final fight has anyone who spams cards this time. The only thing they did in some fights was to throw in someone who can heal so that you can't stall everything out as easily.

events are grind heavy so just set up a macro and go do something else then come back and reap all the rewards

Thats up to your luck I haven't had any trouble getting the characters I want even when I'm just doing the daily free pull some people say they haven't been so lucky. At the end of the day if you just do some dailies and keep up with event grinding you should be able to spark your favorite and if you're willing to spend a few bucks you can get the Nitori daily pack for about $4 and get 600 premium cubes every month as long as you log in everyday.

Not really. Most of them are fan art (although it's possible they are secretly commisioned by devs), since overtly lewd will be censored in CN, one of the biggest money making market. The only exceptions are 18+ games (and their SFW port) that never dream of releasing there and older games like Azur Lane which were made before CN crackdown on lewd. Lost Word would be fine.
However female self-inserts will be a big deal breakers for many if we go by typical /v(g)/ shitposting.

I cleared a lot of the tower with stalling. Kanako works well as a tank for that. Characters like Mokou and Tewi can also heal themselves and slowly poke enemies to death with fire/poison status effects. It also makes healing characters actually useful.

I mostly just upgrade cards that either raise attack, like the Marisa or Yuuka cards, or the Remilia/Lily White cards to get more P. I only gave Mokou a lot of other fully upgraded cards because she gets over 1500 extra HP that way which helps in the tower. Most of my cards just stay at +6 even when limit broken. Costs too many rare mats otherwise.

I hope so. She is the most random nonsense of stats and skills right now. Why are all of her attacks yang heavy except for her last word which uses her weaker yin attack? Why is one of her skills a defense buff? She is not a tank and none of her skills scale with def. Why does she have have a 1 stage attack buff at skill lvl 10? That's the lowest in the game. I still remember when japs ranked Kasen as the best character in the game during the first week the game was out just because she was limited.

I've been grinding the Yukari fight just to get affinity for Mokou up. She keeps killing herself in auto battles if there are multiple waves of enemies so she is never part of any regular battles. I was using her in the tower with really low affinity because she is dead weight in every fight that isn't stalling. I don't know why they thought Mokou killing herself would be a good mechanic. Her cards are not even strong. Even in the Yukari fight she is dead weight and the Poorhu has to be there too to make sure she can even full auto the fight. Otherwise lvl 100 5 star Mokou will fail to kill Yukari half the time.

The things I want changed the most are the long cooldowns when switching characters and skills not recharging when in the back. I also wish debuffs and status effects would last longer. Someone like Koakuma can inflict an enemy with blindness for 2 turns which leaves her with 4 turns of not being able to do anything special and even switching her out won't help her because then her skills won't charge at all.

Kasen still doesn't feel all that great. This is how much damage she did on her first turn against the lvl 80 Cirno at the end of the event. Had a Prismriver card so that none of her hits miss. Kasen is lvl 100, 5 stars and has all her skills besides her last passive. Cirno is weak against fire and this was with all her skills being used and max graze so she had all her boosts and 2.0 power. Pretty weak. Weakest oni. Waiting for them to release True Kasen as a super limited character who has 1900 attack.

She doesn't need ACC card anymore. Her new ability is ACC up per boost and she can get to 2 boosts with skill 3. She is a crit char but her base crit is quite low, 20%. Now her lw also has all these crit tags and she will crit more often against characters with buffs.

Yukari is probably going to get aggro increase on her regular shots. Kanako has that too so that she can pull aggo on every single turn. I hope that dumb sun damage decrease skill also just turns into a basic defensive buff. It is so pointless.

I have no clue what the logic behind some of those placements is supposed to be. Mokou is A tier even though she kills herself and is worthless for auto battles so I guess they know about stalling tactics in the tower with her but at the same time all the tanks are low tier besides Reimu who can not even heal herself so apparently they are not stalling after all.
