Statistically the average should be 100 but for most of the world that isn't true. Most of Africa like Ethopia for instance SUPPOSEDLY has an IQ below 70, which is mental retardation. Scientists say an IQ of 70 is needed for the minimum thought process of growing food or herding animals and if an entire country or continent had an average IQ below that then they'd all be constantly starving to death which is ridiculous to imagine and not sustainable.

You do realise that until recently, farming was incredibly rare in Africa. Until European colonisation, Africa was primarily a continent of tribal hunter-gatherers, not farmers as is the case of Europe. It's not impossible that their average IQ is thus that low, even if improbable.
