I've worked at many places that had signs saying they reserved the right to refuse service to anyone, and I've seen them in other places as well. They never got into any trouble for it. Sure if they had refused a black person service and said "it's because you're black" they might get sued, but you can get sued for just about anything and it doesn't mean anything unless they win.
