From what I've heard, her parents split up and she's got some serious daddy issues and self-image problems as a result of both her parents, and her sister, not treating her well growing up. I am going to be honest, after seeing the doxxposts, knowing the previous jobs - I feel I cannot really support kiara or even enjoy her videos. It's like I'm listening to a manipulative person. Someone like her who has the mentality of a 60's 'free lover' will never be appropriate around the other idols and is sure to leave a stain on the franchise. Unlike the free love era, we're just lucky it won't be AIDS (probably).
It's not to say it's her fault - lots of women end up like this due to sexual abuse, bad parenting, bad influences... it's tough. But, at some stage you have to take the chance to leave that all behind.
Believe me I'd like to give her a second chance. But there's got to be something showing of a change - willingness to respect the Japanese boundaries, less disturbing sexual undertones (and often overtones)...
I don't want any of the other talents to be hurt, that is for sure.

She used to use TTS, now she uses a voice analyzer that converts what she says to text and pumps that through the TTS software. Also, "she". It's pretty well known by this point that Zen is a puppet run by a couple, with the guy playing the role of the character on stream while his girlfriend does any sort of face reveal stuff or PR with other streamers. It makes for an entertaining situation, where on stream Zen behaves one way, but in any of the face-reveal footage that they did, "Zen" kept messing up people's names and pronouncing them wrong.

At that point everyone was always, always bringing up Gura in Ame's chat because people loved the collabs they had together and wanted to ship them or whatever. Ame also will end streams early or delay the start of a stream if she wants to watch her genmates, and encourages her viewers to join her. Because of that, things got to the point that if Gura started streaming people would spam her chat saying that Gura is streaming, or if they were both already streaming at the same time, they would start conversations about Gura's stream in Ame's stream, derailing Ame's stream. Ame's hard to read. All this time I thought she didn't like Gura as much as Gura liked her. However Ame and Gura watched the recent Holofes together on their own, and Ame was the one who asked Gura to do their Christmas collab for Ame's own comfort. Ame clearly just wanted to nip the spam problem before it was allowed to fester which is smart, and I think she has trouble showing affection directly on stream but that's another can of worms I'd have to compile evidence for and I'm not going to.

On paper, the EN crew seems better and the track record of the some of the VShoujo girls is gross. Still glad we don't have the VShoujo crew though.
