My a/c is pretty much useless, so I know how you feel.
Keep all of the windows and doors open to create some air flow, use a fan, strip to your boxers, and shower regularly.
Make sure you get plenty of water to drink, too.

I'm stripped down to my underwear and I'm still sweating all over with the window open. I'm living in Florida so opening the window during summer does jack shit.
