It's not hard to warrant special delivery.
Both use .ogg format, just copy and paste what you like.
Many gave their suggestions already. With only 10 tracks, you can have a few variants.

There are various reasons as to why an individual would want to switch the OST of the game.
One reason would be that, majority opinion wise, Umineko's ost is superior to that of Tsukihime's.
That would arguably enhance the experience for some people.
Another reason would be for a different experience.

A VN is not comparable to a Computer (by upgrading it with more powerful parts), a Car (by giving it an engine swap, better brakes, an improved suspension etc.) or your room (by cleaning it up). These are all easily enhancable and in most cases these enhancements bring forth some sort of improvement of the enjoying.
What you are trying to do though is comparable to Desktop Modding, Ricing your car out or shitting and pissing on your floor.

Well durr, both are forms of storytelling and simply occur through a different medium. The music is meant to enhance the mood given by the novel and was composed for that purpose, not to be thrown away and exchanged for something else that was never meant to be there in the first place.

I know people who do not like the tracks and mute the BGMs since the VN gives you the option.

Extract the sprites from FSN (this step I'm too lazy to do), resize them if necessary, rename the filenames so they overwrite the original sprites in Tsukihime (after unpacking arc.sar). Unfortunately, I don't know how to repack arc.sar, but it's possible to just leave it decompressed.

i remember that Type-Moon themselves recommended people to switch to another soundtrack that they included in their later prints and I believe that they might have had the ost available some other way as well.

Reason, the true original OST of their first print release sucked, and they admitted that was true and they were somewhat ashamed of it so they wanted people to change to their "superior" OST.

Still, changing to the ost of a completely other work is another thing. Doesn't really change the fact that Tsukihimes first OST sucks it was barely music.
