Idiot. How "broken" MUGEN is depends on who's making it. Sure, you could spend a year making 8 balanced characters. But then everything else would suck. If you try downloading other people's characters, they're probably so broken or useless they would make the game not fun anymore.

tl;dr: It takes WAY too long to make a version of MUGEN with any decent character selection and actually balanced stats.

Make sure you have SWRCaster, as the built-in Netplay option is horrible.
