Kotomi's route is the only good part of Clannad.

Kanon 2006 anime > Kanon VN, because each "good end" in the VN is really a bad end for all the other girls, and you have a duty to provide a good end for all of them except Shiori.

I watched Clannad after Kanon 06.

Specifically, I almost watched the whole first episode of Clannad, or something.

Maybe I was just experiencing kickback from Moe overload.

Or maybe Clannad sucks.

I got instantly turned off when that chick did a lightning kick on the biker dudes. And then on the comic relief buddy guy dude.

It was like everything I ever hated about everything condensed into a brief animation. I couldn't go on.

Well, since i haven't finished AS yet, I'll just leave that out of the comparison which isn't quite fair since that's part of the series, but yeah. For me, Kanon.2006 was a more memorable experience than Clannad.Season.1 which is weird since I was watching Kanon.2006 extremely late at night when everything usually sloshes around in my head. I really liked that multilingual Kotomi scene though.
