No. Custom Girl 3D only got away with customisable height due to the animations being tiny loops (and even then, their animation was pretty bad). To make height work, animations would need to be tied to assigned points on each body with some kind of system that procedurally animated it, ala Spore.

Given the nature of eroge development, the money required for such a technology over just basic animation would be unfeasible.
