Timeline guy here. I've actually had some ideas for more things, but just never got around to compiling them. It's also too hard to keep track of dates now. See the attached third one, it kind of sucks.
Anyway, ideas:
CLANNAD's light orbs = kakera.
Kotomi's parents became witches.
Ushio is like Rika.
Tomoya is another host for Blick Winkel.
Fujibayashi Ryou marries Hiiragi Kappei. Their descendants have an abnormally high rate of giving birth to twins. The first pair is Hiiragi Tsukasa and Kagami.
Shugo Chara guardian eggs are like embryonic stem cells and can differentiate into Shugo Chara, Stands, and Hougu/Noble Phantasms depending on the circumstances.

I'm probably not going to make any more, so if anybody wants to do another timeline, feel free to do so.
