Well to tell you the truth it's familiar for me (I used a walkthrough years ago when I've played it), but I don't remember by now where this scene supposed to happen.

I think the problem was more like that the game touched even more disgusting themes than BB (crap-sex, piss sex, lick the cum, not to mention the part where the girl in the OP's picture served as a waitress, and many more), and there was only one happy ending. The majority of the sex scenes here in Discipline was more like about being humiliated, while at least in BB it was possible to play as the bad guy, and even obtain appropriate satisfying endings (apart from the "good" end).
Additionally the "story" was better in BB too (Discipline's "win the baseball game, or you lose the house" was kinda silly for a plot in my opinion).
