Just do Misaki's route first, since the routes in general have a similar plot point, and since Misaki's route is nearly universally considered the best, you want to do that first.

Best routes are Misaki, Mio, and Nanase. The routes that make you feel like a horible person are Nagamori and Mayu. Akane is the boring route and there's also the short and gay route with the musician guy. Make your decision based on that.
