Who have been announced again besides Cirno, Meiling and Sanae? I'm assuming it's just the cast of SWR plus the previously mentioned but I haven't been following the news that much.

As for preferences:

Mokou, Kanako (she's a freaking goddess of war; if they only put in Sanae I'd be puzzled), Utsuho, Yuka, Mima, Youki, and Momizi would be nice.

She also appears as part of Sanae's moves, according to the screenshots. I'd be puzzled if they included her in the game for that reason alone.

It really doesn't matter, as the new additions have been set already. At most there will be one more new character as a boss. Really, it took them a long time to make SWR and only gave us 5 new characters. A minor expansion from them isn't going to do any better than 3 or 4.
