There's the new Komachi set from Pink Company. The guy from there who speaks English says I can order figures from him so if you post on their board asking you might be able to get it too. Though there's a few places you can order them from.

There's a Remilia/Flandre set coming out in October, and Marisa/Reimu in November, then Sanae in December.

Here's Komachi and Shikieiki on Paletweb.

Your best bet is to sign up with a YAJ! type service I'm using Crescent Shop at the moment. What you'll mainly get there are keychains, but you can find all sorts of random Touhou figs. Finding a decent Reimu figure will be decent as they sell out quickly and go for heavy amounts.

Search for 東方 キーチ on YAJ! and that'll bring up the keychains. Otherwise, go to the Touhou wiki and copy paste the names for specific characters, and add 東方 to them if it's a more generic one(Alice is the most difficult, since it returns anything with "Team Shanghai Alice").

The keychains are small though and most of them can't stand on their own.

I'm thinking of making some custom figures at some point. I'm not sure how much I'd sell them for or how good they'd be though.

There are no official Nendoroids yet, but there will be a Reimu at the next Comiket in a month or so. No idea how much it'll cost, might be your best option though. There is an unofficial one I've seen on YAJ! too.
