You could try Hongfire. Someone uploaded it to Megaupload and Rapidshare and provided the links there.

Voices were already supported on the single route patches, so you shouldn't need to do anything other than put the files into the KOE directory.

Can't say, since I never bothered with the earlier releases. What was wrong with them? Too many inaccuracies in translation, or editing mistakes like in Ever17?

So I finally bothered to look at the readme, and it looks pretty straightforward, as long as you have the right version of Kanon (with Reallive.exe).

Well, June's version was technically final. But the translation itself wasn't very accurate, so I stopped playing. In addition to the poor translation, there were of course grammatical mistakes, and inconsistent switching between British and American English, although there weren't that many instances.
