We've seen many more sides of the stakes personality than the Siestas. Stakes being friendly with each other, Stakes having rivalry with each other, Stakes being friendly with Ange, Stakes torturing Battler etc. A lot of it is from seeing them in different situations, and with different masters.

So far the Siestas have been there mostly to just kill people, and their personalities haven't been that well developed, and overall I think the stakes are much better developed. I'll admit that one scene where they ran to Virgilia for help was cute, though. I don't think there's anything wrong with liking the bunnies, though.
