She might speak nothing but Japanese, but the Yukkuri would be noisy and a pain to maintain in the long term.
If it's just one, then cool. More can be made, but not many people know about the Yus so you'd be seen as some sort of freak in some places.

Of course you'd pick the girl over the yukkuri and take your chances with either someone dangerous or relatively safe, but what if you had no choice over either? Imagine choosing the yukkuri and rolling an Okuu type. You'd go to sleep one day and never wake up on the off chance that your Okuu combusted in the middle of the night because she somehow managed to hurt herself.

I hope you aren't bold enough to assume that everyone who chose the girl wouldn't rather be killed by their waifu. You also need to consider that so long as you follow the order of Gensokyo, your only worry there is if a youkai comes to eat you if you have no redeeming qualities.
