This has to be the last or second-last frame of that part of the episode 5 OP. Can someone put together a sprite comparison of this to Ange? Both the re-forming thing on the right and the figure in the shadows on the left.

Also, if I'm not mistaken, that could be one of Ange's hair baubles just to the left of the upper edge of the screenshot.

Witches, Furniture and Demons seem to have no trouble teleporting or hiding/un-hiding in front of him so they can still do magic in front of him in the meta-world. Whether or not he believed it, Ange could have 'died' in front of him. Obviously telling him not to look back provided more impact to the event but that could just be to mislead you.

If nothing else, Ange's already used Sakutarou to prove that anything in the world of Umineko can be revived. It may have to be The Witch of Creation Maria who brings her back eventually (I expect to see her in Episode 8 if she doesn't appear before it).
