So I’ve been studying RTK for entire days for the past week, and while I’m memorizing quickly, it’s put me in this constant mental exhaustion where I perform things non-Jp related poorly and pass out around 6pm. When I pass out, I start having insanely vivid dreams inspired by the kanji. I’m wondering if I should dial it back, as badly as I want to make JP gains. I’m currently 1205/2200 kanji through with it and want to finish the rest within a week. Should I keep going, slow my studying, or just take a break altogether?

i am currently learning N3 and due to some unfortunate events, i have lost my tutor. its very difficult to get hold of a good teacher where i live (mumbai, india) my this year's goal was to attempt N4 in June and analyse my scores to attempt N3 this december. ive changed 4 corporate jobs and currently am jobless, i just learn art and japanese. the thing is, without my tutors its getting very difficult to assess myself. i thought joining polyglossia groups would motivate me, but i just keep feeling so helpless.

no matter how hard i study, i keep forgetting the kanjis and grammar and its really frustrating.

i feel so lost because i started this year with such a solid plan, because i need to pass N3 to find a decent translator job, and i feel everything has gone to shit. day by day i feel like i should start with N5 syllabus and i am failing to study even that now.
