I didn't see any obvious dialog text in wither sjis or utf-8.
Seems to be archive header/file table and than many instances of K2X_Script (i love it when they put what it is in the magic header).

'I can see it.' is completely fucking useless. If you don't even know what a character encoding is, or which it is, you could at least say /how/ you view it. I tried several obvious choices of character encoding and got nowhere (sjis, cp932, utf-8, utf-16, ucs2, euc-jp,... not iso-2022-jp because I don't seem to have anything that supports it).

K2X_Script occurs multiple times (ex: B6A4, BA95...)
SCF and EoS are also probably markers of some kind (ex: 397CA)

All I did was open it with wordpad and notepad, scroll down till I can see Japanese text. I didn't change any character encoding, and don't even think I can in notepad.

strings were 05 xx xx (length, little endian) then length bytes.. just ran through the file looking for all 05 xx xx 81 75 instances (every line starts with 「 right?) and dumped them on a line as offset length string

It is ugly as fuck, but it works/is a starting point.

I have no idea if just re-inserting the strings and changing the length count will work, and this is probably missing dialog choices and names and other shit I haven't looked for.

V0001 probably refers to which voice file is played
Not sure what E, F, N are.. pauses, formating, etc?
/ is probably a new line
Just replacing the text with English text would result in parts of it being thought of as formating text, but I don't have any of the executables or anything else so I can't disasm or just play around with it to tell.

I believe only dialogue starts with '「', any inner monologue or narration wouldn't have them.

Here's what I was able to dump. Multiple methods are used to make sure it's an actual string and not gibberish but I can't guarantee it caught everything and that there isn't any gibberish. I used the same format as >>2933209. Good luck.
