Why is it that almost every gaijin actor/actress in anything Japanese Live-Action, SUCKS REALLY BAD. Like they look like retarded monkeys who have un-natural body language. Is it that the actors sucks or do directors make them act retarded for their own enjoyment? The only times I've seen Gaijin act well in these situations is when they are Hollywood Actors/Actresses (Mike Epps in Brother) or its not a Japanese Film (Letters from Iwo Jima and Last Samurai).

Picture is from Kamen Rider Kiva Ep. 3

I would assume it's because they just pick up anyone who is foreign-looking for the roles -- they don't care about acting ability (and considering that these parts are usually just extra roles, you can't really fault them for that). That, and their pool is limited to whatever sort of disgusting weeaboos are actually in Japan.

There are not that many foreign actors in Japan (and even less who speak fluid Japanese). And since budget also is an issue that results in bad acting.
Most appearances of foreigners are also exaggarated which results in them behaving like idiots.
