Hmm... Probably this one, it just wouldn't let me go untill I finished it, altough the story isn't even finished yet, it's going to be my favorite, sequel couldn't come sooner. Muv-Luv, Syarin and G-Senjou come near behind.

Swan Song remains the best visual novel I have ever played, and I played it years ago. Normal end remains the most memorable ending I have ever read in a game. I still go back to play through certain scenes every once in a while.
