SMJ's less than 50$, for shipping and everything it'd probally be around ah..25$, for a 250$ purchase.
Celga's less, but I don't have much experience with them.
Crescent's usually better for buying from jap stores, but they'll communicate with the seller for you, unlike most of the other services. So if you need to ask questions and such, it's worth it to pay a bit more for crescent's services.

Marisa papercraft has no instructions except for the lines.

Don't remember what line denotes mountain and valley folds, ask /pop/
