Recommendation: Clear the routes in order.
Chapter 2/Tsubaki > Tsubaki end > Chapter 3/Kanon > Kanon end > Chapter 4/Mizuha > Mizuha end > Chapter 5/Haru end > FFFFFUUUUUUUUU

Tsubaki end is average (One end, no choices). Kanon route is awesome (Good & Normal end/1 or 2 choices). Mizuha route is good enough, but I didn't find it as good as Kanon's (Good & "Bad" end, no choices). Yuki route is inexistant.
Haru end is mind-blowing. No choices during Chapter 5.

Kanon always related.

To know which route you are on you just have to know which chapter. (A new chapter starts when you are brought back to the title screen.)

Chapter 1 - Introduces Char
Chapter 2- Tsubaki Route
Chapter 3 - Kanon Route
Chapter 4 - Mizuha Route

I think Tsubaki's end was the best of the sideroutes' endings. Although that might be just because I was so surprised at how much I liked Tsubaki when Kyousuke was reading Tsubaki's diary.
