I'm aware. I limited it to 25 people since I'm not sure how many connections I can hold at 192kbps. It's a small slice on a crappy server that does the job. And it was cheap. I'm moving over to a 10Mbit line next month once this runs out.

Start with setting up a Shoutcast server.

I was given a Numark DJ TotalControl with the piece of crap known as Cue. After learning what did what and recording, listening and fixing what I was doing wrong (I still suck, btw), I started broadcasting off a laptop at home to a couple of friends.
I'm on DSL and the upload speed wavers between 400-500kbps so I bought a months worth of time on a vds.

It took some trial and error since this is my first time working with a virtual server.
Plus, I finally had a night free that I could sit down and do this for a couple of hours.

So yeah... DJ controller feeds to the Shoutcast server which disburses the tunes to those connected.

Gonna move to a better server next month.

still trying to get the OnDemand to work though
