In theory. It's an expression of her demonic blood, so her strikes would count as conceptual weapons for the purposes of damaging servants. But she'd only be able to put up a fight if she were being heavily 'reinforced' by magic to speed up her reactions, as Shirou had relied on in FSN. She's mortal, and presents a high profile-target, which would leave her highly vulnerable to attacks by Assassin servants. The heat absorbing aura and demonic spell resistance would probably makes a difficult for Archer and Caster types to defeat her with projectiles. A Berserker fight could possibly last a fun while. Saber, Rider, and definitely Lancer servants would defeat her handily, but servants with low-ranking Noble Phatasms might find their weapons destroyed, potentially reversing the tide of battle.

But in terms of power levels, she definitely ranks below Ciel, who we know as Nasu stated would only be able to fight a defensive battle against a 'standard' Heroic Spirit. In addition to her Black Keys, she has Noble Phantasm and regen-hax.

It's not so much that she's particularly effective against Servants as it is she's effective against Counter Guardians, buy cutting off their Gaia reinforcement with Depletion Garden.

As for Servants themselves, she'd be most effective against Berserker class Servants who require huge mana maintenance from their Master, or Servants who have already blown their load with their Noble Phatasm, assuming she can maintain the effect for long periods of time.

High spritual entities can't be affected by Origami. That's why Arc would be unphased on a whole, but something corrupt like Shiki was vulnerable. So against Servants, she could bind them, but it'd be a slow eating process. Granted, that's with Hisui & Kohaku backup. Against someone like Caster or Gil or Archer, she's fucked.

Akiha is a monster for anyone without special resistances. For Shiki for example, she is an incredibly bad match (if they fought in the open with decent view, I'm not sure how he could win).

Not all servants. Caster, for example, was slow enough to nearly get beaten to death by an unarmed Rin in UBW. Servant's abilities are based on what they had in life. A servant who was weak or slow (like Caster) doesn't just gain awesome physical prowess.

By the way, Ciel is ridiculously powerful. She has 100 times the amount of prana that an average magus possesses, which means she has 4000 units. Rin, who's one of the magi with the greatest potential, only has 20 times that of an average magus, meaning she has 500 units of prana.

I don't think Numerology would help her much against ANY Servant we've seen in the Holy Grail Wars thus far. Adequate (ab)use of Square might make her be able to sufficiently harm, say, Archer or Rider, but they obviously have countermeasures (Archer pulls out Gae Dearg or something, Rider hops on Pegasus).

Really, the Seventh Scripture is her best bet. Nearly all Servants would beat her physically, and the rest have abilities to back them up (YES, Caster is slow, but High Speed Divine Language, bitches).
