Out of those two I'd suggest Nocturnal Illusion. True Love actually requires a walkthrough or so to make you plan the right events the right days. (Unless you are lucky)

I love True Love, but the genre of "do the right thing the right day" is kind of annoying since it can leave you with a ton of playthroughs without a good ending.
