it doesnt' feel good to be like talked to like that
even though logically i know i shouldn't care about it
reading those comments doesn't feel good
it does get to you over time
you read those and it makes you feel like why should i work hard to put out content when these people are just actually like try to make me feel bad for it
not only like not agree with it and not learn from it but try to make me feel bad
because
that's how undeveloped they are as a person
they feel like they need to make others feel bad in order to like justify themselves

the way they learn is a bit different though. anyone who is serious about learning a language will be going crazy with self studying grammar, reading, speaking, etc...while a child or i guess a baby starts learning through pure immersion. i've seen some people try getting to a grade schoolar level in japanese and start off reading and watching easy shit like doraemon.

so learning via sentences is more natural.

also, its not necessarily easier desu.

anki is far removed from actual acquisition of japanese, but sentence study is a bit closer than vocab study is. as you are engaging with natural japanese instead of just dictionary memorization.

How often do you study and how much do you usually cram in a session?
I usually study about 30 minutes to an hour a day, I've been studying handwriting for the last 2 months and would say I finally mastered writing katakana and hiragana but still need to work on my kanji handwriting.

I really wanna study for 4 hours a night but I kinda get burnt out.
