I only go out twice a week for groceries and stuff but it's become so tedious now to do such a simple thing that I just avoid leaving the house if I can help it. Everyone else is scared to death of getting sick so now nobody ever wants to hang out or do anything. It's just very boring so I sleep a lot of the days away.

I never really leave the house unless I want to go on walks. Walks are better for depression than meme medicine. Better for the neet looking to save money. Whether they are self employed or they receive benefit money. Maybe both. Plus listening to music on walks is very stimulating for imagination.
Used to put up curtains to block out sunlight/paranoid of anyone looking in. But the lack of sunlight impacted my health significantly. Go figure why so many hikkis are depressed.

You could just take walks around 6:00-6:30 am before the sun fully rises. It becomes kind of addicting when you do it everyday

/fit/fag here, push ups are an excellent way to start. Even if you can't do as many as you think you should be able to, it's still progress. Make sure you stretch right after you get out of bed too. Touch your toes, stretch your triceps (the muscle behind the bicep), and squat down to loosen your knee and feet joints. If you're not sure how to do something, look it up! There are TONS of resources on how to do EVERY exercise. Also, if you want to improve, you have to be patient. You won't look like Arnold after a week of push ups. I guarantee you that the harder you work, the better you will feel.
Pic related, six months calisthenics and dumbbell exercises.

I did this for years, but now I don't even do it anymore since the people I live with are extremely concerned about anyone leaving the house for unnecessary reasons.
