Their stuff is usually pretty reliable, since it's not like they're retranslating the whole thing. Their patches are usually rewrites of bad sentences, small fixes (including technical ones), and maintaining continuity. It's up to you which platform you get it for, since the original translation is far from unreadable and doesn't get anything vital wrong.

if this was the case, Trample on Schatten would've been released uncensored as well. Evenicle 2 would be treated the same and the first h-scenes with that heroine would be cut-out because it's made abundantly clear that she's a child in that scene but all the other ones would be in just fine.

The translator claims that "that specific chapter" was "done by a different translator" and "he didn't TLC it properly". You can believe or not believe this... I saw the translator posting in a japanese learning discord channel (r/vns learn_japanese) and he made one bad interpretation after a good interpretation was posted once in 2018 but he doesn't seem to be consistently bad in other answers. I'm inclined to think there are going to be some inaccuracies (god knows I was making like an error every 50 lines like 2 years ago, and I got the interpretation of the thing he messed up right), but it's not going to be MTL tier.

You can discuss the material in a way that doesn't treat it like some kind of pseudo NTR shit that's only present to make the reader upset and instead focus on the psychological damage it causes. You can discuss it with sensitivity towards the victim instead of using it as something to exploit for emotional impact. F/SN is probably the most disgusting thing I've ever read in this regard.
